The setup fee covers server provisioning, SSL and domain configuration, database setup, security hardening, OpenClaw deployment, n8n installation and base workflow configuration, and integration of any included communication bots. It is a once-off fee paid at sign-up alongside your first month's subscription.
We use Paystack for payment processing, which supports major South African credit and debit cards, EFT, and other local payment methods. All charges are in ZAR — no conversion fees.
Plans are monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Setup fees are non-refundable as they cover the work of provisioning your environment. We will assist with a clean handover of your infrastructure and data.
CloudMonkey earns 10% of each successful transaction processed through your store. There is no monthly fee and no upfront build cost beyond your domain purchase or transfer. This model means we are directly incentivised to keep your store performing well.
Yes. Upgrades can be done at any time. You pay the difference in setup fee for the new tier and your monthly billing adjusts from the next cycle. Your data, configurations, and integrations move with you.
